A leading Italian manufacturer in the field of building materials /coatings is looking for:
INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
RIF. H-952
He/She will:
Have the responsibility for the P&L of the unit
Interact with agents, retailers, contractors, architects, designers
Manage export activities and detect issues and opportunities
Lead and supervise a global team of managers and agents (both export managers and back office)
Participate at exhibitions and meetings
Prepare presentations for customers, retailers, architects etc.
Assist both in the product development and in the innovation process.
Grant a solid and significant presence on the field
Main requirements:
Relevant experience in one or more of the following industries: building materials, coatings, furniture, design, home fittings, ceramics
Business Degree or equivalent
Solid experience in people management
Fluent in English and a second language (French, German, Russian, Arabic, Chinese). Third one is a plus.
Working knowledge of Office (word, excel, ppt)
Customer centric approach
Ability to work in the field
Availability to travel globally
Personal skills
Proactive and entrepreneurial approach
Flair for design
Charismatic and energic personality
Hands-on attitude
